Favorite Fall Uniform

11/12/2020

I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: sweaters and sneaks are my fall uniform! I shared in this post a sweater that I wore all the time last winter and spring. I’m all for comfort and easy-to-throw-on outfits in the fall that still look put together. I love how sneakers make it easy to run around campus when I am dressed up from leggings and a T-shirt.

This mock neck bell sleeve sweater was another piece on repeat, and luckily is available this season. The fabric of this sweater is so soft and one I would always gravitate toward on cooler days. Whether I was pairing it with jeans to head to work or with ankle pants for a dressier occasion, it’s really versatile. I like that the shape is roomy (perfect for Thanksgiving, haha) and comes in multiple pretty colors.

When I was home in October, I paired it with my $20 Walmart sneakers (one of my best purchases) and high waisted jeans. I added a headband and some gold earrings (similar) to complete the look. Though we’re currently experiencing a bit of heat wave here in Tuscaloosa (again), I’m already looking forward to bringing this look back out. Comfortable, practical and ready to go from class to work to a meeting.

The sweater is currently available in tan here, but I’m keeping my eye out for a lower price. I’ve also linked some similar styles at more affordable prices too.

I’m curious to know — what’s your go-to fall outfit?
